1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SiteReveal AI (the "Service") operated by SiteReveal AI Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SiteReveal AI is a website intelligence platform that analyses publicly accessible websites and generates reports covering security, performance, SEO, technology stack, accessibility, and analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Agency). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account via our OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at [email protected].

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scan websites you do not own or do not have explicit permission to analyse
• Circumvent rate limits or scan quotas through technical means (including VPNs, proxies, or multiple accounts)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or source code
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its outputs without prior written authorisation
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal API usage

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice by email. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over 7 days before suspending your account. You will be notified by email of any payment failures.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by SiteReveal AI Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

Reports generated by the Service may be used for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute reports as a standalone product without prior written permission. The "SiteReveal Score™" and "SiteReveal AI" are trademarks of SiteReveal AI Ltd.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results of website analyses will be accurate, complete, or current. Website technology detection is probabilistic and may not reflect all technologies in use. Scores and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteReveal AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SiteReveal AI Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time from the Billing page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and by sending an email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SiteReveal AI Ltd regarding the Service.
